On the motion of Maynard Harris, who made oath according to said Administration of the estate of William GUILLIAN, dec’d, is giving him, he giving security, whereupon he together with Edward Harris his security entered into and acknowledges their bond according to law for that purpose. Ordered that John Pettus, Ambross Hammond, John Moore and Abraham Vaughn or any three of these, being first sworn before a magistrate of this county do appraise in current money the slaves and personal estate of William GUILLIAM, dec’d and return an account of such to the next court.

On motion of Maynard Harris, he is appointed guardian to Martha, Maynard, Harris and Charles GILLIAM, orphans of William GUILLIAM, dec’d, he giving security whereupon he together with John Pettus, his security entered into and acknowledged their bond according to law for that purpose.

Inventory and appraisement of the estate William GUILLIAM dec'd.
This day we the subscribed being appointed and Sworn to appraise the Estate of William GUILLIAM, dec'd have done so far as the said GUILLIAM estate in which are the following articles, to wit,
1 cow and calf

one heifer, one born yearling,
one bull,

six pewter plates ,
one [Bacon?], 2 dishes, one narrow ax
two knives and 3 forks
one old Trowel hoe and four old tilling hoes
timber wedges
cooper tools, a cooper ax, and a drawing knife, a plane,
Shave, compasser, and Jointer Iron
Carpenter Tools, a handsaw, adds, frow, a auger, a Square & claw hammer
one old saddle, one box
one pair chest hinges, 1 reaphood,
one pair of sissers, one bridle bit
one three gallon jugg, 1 small trunk,
one loom, one bedstead & bedcord?,
one Bible, 1 Testament, one Spelling book,
one pair of a Dearskins, 1 pair of money Scales,
one Chest, one dutch blankett,
one Rugg, 1 bedtick & feathers,
one spinning Wheel, one hair brush,
three barrells
The hogs not to be ___
Total value: 24 £ 14 shillings 10 pence.
